For safety concerns, itย is in everyone's best interest if products are not returned. However, we do offer refunds or replacements.ย 
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need proof of purchase.

We have a ZERO tolerance for those that take advantage of small businesses and we document everything.

Damages and issuesย 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

in order to be eligible, you must contact us within 24hours of reception. We will notify you IMMEDIATELY once weโ€™ve received your refund inquiry, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
